Wonderful Mark - its just great! The picture was taken with a camera phone and although not top quality is a nice one I thought. I forgot my digital camera of course so had to buy a throw away camera - and still have a few left on that to take...

Not a bad pic at all for a cellphone camera!

Do you know I sat there the other day thinking how bewildering modern day technology is to me. How does a picture get onto a phone in the first place, and then get sent through the air/wires to my computer? How can I be posting a message on here and get a reply from people across the pond? Awsome might not be the right word, but it is not short of it.

Personally, I think it's magic, Dabbit! ;D I won't pretend to understand it, anymore than I can explain DNA, but it is awfully nice. Using this stuff is usually enough of a challenge for me without giving myself a headache trying to figure out how it works, LOL.

Could be. I gave up long ago trying to understand everything. The more I learned the more I discovered there was that I did not know. It is indeed humbling.

I'll remain in awe I think and enjoy them rather than attempt to understand them...

Thanks Maria and yes it is truly amazing to be a grand parent and so different to being a parent too. I'm enjoying my grand parentage more than I did my parentage. I am proud to bursting so forigve me if I rattle on about Kristian

Funny you should say that Rita... we didn't see him for a few days (about 4 or 5) and my wife said she noticed a difference in him already, although he looked the same to me. But you are right he'll be 17 next week LOL
