Indeed Rita, we baby sat last night until mid night and he was a bundle of joy... It brings back our own baby days of course with the exception that most things have changed of course

It has its great times Mark but also bad times - particularly when they grow up and know everything so much better than you - having lived a mere 14- 15 years compared to your 40+... LOL

Yes, isn't it a rude awakening when the day comes around when you apparently lose your status as the one with all the answers, to the one who who suddenly becomes clueless?! ... and your're right it only takes them around 15 or 16 years to become so learned and wise, pretty amazing, huh? If I remember correctly, it took me about 20 years LOL -- I'm a slow learner I guess!

And to think that we've only had an education (of sorts) AND a 'life time' of experience, nothing I guess compare to a 15 year old. LOL

There is justice, however, Dabbit...Inevitably, there comes a time in their lives when they say something to the effect of: "you know, I guess my mom (or dad) was right after all!" But you have to listen closely because they don't say it too loudly!! ;)LOL!

He now weighs 13lb at four weeks! They are slightly concerned by his breathing but not overly worried and his mum and dad have been told to offer him cooled boiled water between feeds

He looks like he's going to be quite large, doesn't he? He's parents are both 6ft(+) and although his dad is slim (underweight actually) he's mum is overweight
