What types of onions are you planting, Dabbit?

Just the ordinary yellow skinned ones - no red ones this year... Oh yes I am doing spring onions too but those are obviously from seed

Do you prefer the very 'hot' sort of onions or 'sweet' onions, Dabbit? Or does it depend on the dish you're preparing?

Oh I prefer mild ones Mark - I can't recall the name of the onions (I blame the medication - lol) The red ones are OK too in certain recipes as they are slightly sweeter

Like our Vidalia onions here, no doubt. They are famous for their sweetness. I've eaten one like an apple before....but not on 'date night'....LOL
