Rebecca had her first scan (12 week) yesterday and this is the picture we got from that scan...I thought I'd share it as I'm a tad excited

Apparently they have a 4d scan now have you heard of it? It is taken like a regular ultra sound scan but the pictures are amazing...As you can see

My son and daughter-in-law invited me to sit in on their fetal scans. It was so exciting to see the fetus move . . .and then I was the first one to notice that we had a boy. The tech said, WOW, that I was good at detecting that important little thing. But it was so amazing how science has progressed. I am still in amazement.

When we had our children you couldn't have a picture of the scan which is a shame as it is a nice keepsake

My (pregnant) daughter and her boyfriend annouced their engagement yesterday, although they will have a l o n g engagement their plan is to have the baby as page boy

An American friend summed it up when she said "He's handsome - he must take after he's granddad". I just love American people!
Joking aside he is gorgeous and getting interesting now, following things, holding things, rolling over, nearly sitting up, eating solids, laughing, and knowing who people are.
