When I met with Liz the other week (b4 her trip) I did mention all the good folks on this site and she said she might send some invitations, obviously her secretary has made an error. Next time I'm in London and pop into the palace I'll mention it....

I got an invite but on the bottom it said Curtsying is a must. I don't do curtsy so I respectfully declined. It's amazing the schedule she had! That was crueling and she had a different hat for each event! Great planning. Sorry to hear about TB.

Liz does like her hats Sandy doesn' she...Mind you I agree about curtsying or bowing I don't think I would either, after all she is only a human being with money and some power! I don't think she's that bothered to be honests, she seems to have moved with the times and knows about various modern day things including mobile phones! I'm actually happy that TB is resigning, we'll no longer be party to him or his rather unscrupulous wife

Goes without saying all at the USA tax payer (they plan to become US residents by all accounts - which is handy when you know the president)

Yes I can see them all sitting around the campfire eating barbecue or something, singing camp songs and swapping war stories...

If the Blair wants to come her legally, become a citizen and pay his taxes it's fine with me. Although I can not imagine the campfire scene. I can imagine that TB and Bill Clinton will be seen together much more often than TB and GB.

Hmmm.....reminiscent of Brokeback Mountain? And, Sandy, I was kidding about the campfire. I know, far be it from me to be sarcastic, but ..... ;D
BTW, I think BC likes 'em a little younger than TB and a little chubbier apparently.
