OK here we go again (I don't always have problems honest - just 99% of the time-lol)...Anyway this problem is about junk mail.
I am getting a load of junk mail from a country which has a different (presumably Greece or Russia). I try to create a message rule from the emails, but am unable to as the computer doesn;t recognize the wording - as it is all foreign. The only way I can do anything is by by blocking each email - which does nothing because they simply change the email ands till send the junk.
They do come at the rate of about 15 - 40 a day and I do try to block each one but they still keep coming. I don;t want to download anything else yet on my PC (such as mail washer) until I am 100% confident it is back to normal.

Dave, how do you access your mail, through your ISP's email program or your own email 'client' such as Outlook Express?

Through outlook express, which isn't reconising the strange language...to allow me to create a message rule

Hi Dave, I replied to your email. If it's possible to set up your email client to automatically block, you can block anything from zila.com and that should take care of it. That email was in Russian, but if you hover the cursor over the Cyrillic characters in the From field, it shows up in English.
