I'm hoping that the news might actually cover something different now that Barrack is the US president elect. I must confess I know little or do I have an interest in politics but I would have voted for him if I was in the US - for no real reason other than he 'seems' nicer.

Well, Dabbit, he does 'seem' nicer, but the man has no real experience to speak of, which is worrisome to me. However, having said that, I am willing to back the man for the period of his time in office until such time as he might prove himself unworthy of that high office. I don't really expect that to happen, but who knows? Although I actually voted for someone else, I did agree with a great many of his points of view - I just hope he is truly sincere in the things he has said and the promises he has made, as a lot of people have placed their hopes in those words and promises.

As I said I know very little about politics but I think that some fresh blood (if not in the US then the next election in the UK) would be good. As you say Mark he is perhaps inexperienced I don't know but we'll soon find out I guess.

Well, the proof will be in the pudding. I just hope it proves palatable.
