February is American Heart Month, but I would hope that all our members from whatever country, will take the opportunity to become more heart-aware. In honor of the occasion, our COM will deal with the subject. However, it is a subject that we should be cognizant of all all year long, and particularly we should all be aware of heart attack symptoms. We all know the common heart attack symptoms in men, but did you know that heart attack symptoms in women are different? Please watch the video at Heart Attacks in Women

It is so true we do associate heart attacks with middle aged men and this just shows it can happen to women too...

It does indeed, Dabbit, and it is important to note that heart attack symptoms for women can be quite different than those men experience, too.

Early signs for women: - Extreme fatique (too tired to even eat)
- Anxiety
- Nausea
Its also worth noting that 'silent heart attacks' are very common, and any time you think something is not right with your body (after all how a doctor can only know what you let them know) go see a medic

Thanks for the input, Dabbit.
Anyone know of someone who has had a heart attack? What's their story?
