Hey Mark,
I was going to look at the dog and cat forums. But both are blocked by password protection. I have two doggs and now only one cat. Love animals and I was interested. How to I get to see those sites. Twiggs

No problem, Twiggs - 'doglovers' and 'catlovers'. However, they are very new sites and you might be the first visitor, lol. But, somebody's got to be first and I'd love to see them going. I have another site for my community I just set up at www.chestnut.pbwiki.com if you want to take a look - I have links to here and several other places including the pet sites I was setting up, plus a few rescue societies, etc. Enjoy! And ask questions if you want to, thanks for asking!

question here. When replying to a particular message and there are several other responses but one wants to reply to message 3 not the others, how does that work.
I tried the reply button, tried the link to post. Obviously I am doing something wrong.

Other than the quote thingy to indicate to what you're replying, I'm not sure there is a way, other than indicating in the opening paragraph, e.g.. Jerry, what you say is perfectly logical, however,.... to indicate to what you're replying. If there is some other mechanism, I haven't figured it out either. I just got the idea of a forum from cousin Dabbit and went and signed up. Didn't have much of a clue of what I was doing, still don't, but am learning...LOL ;D

I'll take a look. I'm assuming you're talking about in 'The Cat House'?

What you have to do in order to see a 'Reply' button is to enter a 'Thread' or start a new 'Thread'. The only real 'Thread' there as of this moment is that called 'Welcome'. I would suggest pressing the 'Start New Thread' button, selecting a 'Subject', such as 'My Cats' or whatever. Then whenever someone opens that 'thread' there will be a 'Reply' button.

Avatar is just a word meaning 'stand-in' or a representation of your persona or something. That's why I have Bartman. Neither of us wishes to grow up, LOL.
