. This is my Sadie. I knew I was in trouble the day I picked her up and she was wrestling with a cat down a hill. She is fearless except for wind. I think that stemmed from a windstorm one day when we were walking and we took a corner and the wind took her and flipped her, that totally freaked her out. She has brought nothing but joy to our home. Sadie has us laughing all the time. The only thing that is not allowed in our home is a big bouncing ball. Hubby brought one home to see how Sadie would react (she has an obsession with balls) and he put it on the floor, she hit it with her nose and she was gone with it. It took (felt like an eternity) a minute or two to catch her and I never saw a ball fly through the air so much. I caught the lamp that she nearly knocked down. No big bouncing balls allowed. The bone, she took it from her best bud Otis, who right after I snapped the picture, took back. That's another story

Sounds like a handful, Ruthie... ;D Our Charley is much the same way. Wouldn't trade him for a billion dollars...
Sadie is a pretty little dog, too.

She's lovely Ruthie! I can imagine her being a handful. Our Fudge is not too badly behaved (I guess she is getting on a bit now she is 8 y o), although it is a different story if we take her out! All I need is a skate board and she'd pull me anywhere she wanted to go.

I don't think 12-13 pounds is too heavy for her, but what do I know?
