Okay...here ya go...
Sit at table, extend arms, push away from table, leave the table (and the food)....there, that should work! LOL! A few days of that and you'll be too weak to even get to the table! Those extra pounds will just melt away in no time!

Ok, Rita, let's see if I have this right....you're saying 'pushaways' are more efficient for weight loss purposes than 'fork lifts', right? ;D

Yes, you're a quick study, Mark!! Studies have shown, conclusively, that "pushaways" produce the most satisfactory weight loss results; fork-lifts should be used only on an as- needed-basis! LOL!! Good Luck! ;D

And I guess the same would apply to 'deep elbow bends'?

Yes, what is it?

well apparently we need to beware of cut and/or sliced lemons that are used in restaurants. The warning took aim specifically at lemons being used as accompaniments, or as garnishes, in beverages such as iced tea, water with lemon, mixed drinks, etc.. Apparently, the people in the prep areas or kitchens, whether they are the cooks, or servers, are harboring all kinds of nasty bacteria on their hands, and particulary under their fingernails, and of course there were cross contamination issues, as well, with the cutting surfaces and the knives being used. Anyway, the study was done and involved several notable and not so notable restaurants to test for e-coli and all the usual nasty creepy-crawy stuff and what they found were extremely high levels of all kinds of disgusting things up to and including fecal matter on the cut lemons that are dropped and squeezed into our drinks!!! UGH!!!! (And my husband wonders why I'm not so keen on going out to dinner anymore!) Oh yes, and it was suggested that the acidity of the lemons might kill that bateria, but the study also tackled that question and it determined that it did nothing to diminish the bacterial count at all.
So, there you have it...one more thing to worry about when you sit down to consume meals at your favorite eatery! Do you think sometimes, we just have access to too much information? And then don't really know what to do with it?? It was so much nicer when we were blissfully innocent of all these hidden dangers, wasn't it? LOL!!!!
