Mine do too, Dabbit - the doctor calls it 'Restless Legs Syndrome' - I call it 'murder'.

I sometimes get leg cramps. When I went to the doctor about it, she said often it is caused by a lack of potassium. This is an easy fix. I now eat a banana a day and no longer have the problem. I told my mother about this because she was getting leg cramps. However, since she added bananas to her diet, she no longer gets them.
Drinking enough plain ole Water is also good to ward off headaches.

Plain ole water has great effects on the skin too. I went through a phase of drinking plenty of water and when I had a cup of tea/coffee I also had a glass of water to counteract it. I noticed a change in my skin - it become less 'greasy' around the nose, in fact y skin dried up heaps.

I used to love a cup of coffee several times a day, but in recent times I have "gone off" it and now I can go weeks at a time drinking just water or soft drinks all day. In the hot weather I love fruit tea as it so refreshing. I know you shouldn't have too much salt in your diet, but having just a little can help to prevent leg cramps.

I went through a phase of drinking water but that soon passed - it is so boring...That said Aldi do a brilliant water that I could drink all day long with blackberry and apple flavour - yummy

I'm with you, Louise. I must have my coffee. Mind you, the stuff they serve you here in Italy is strong enough to get up and walk!

It was the same in Majorca Mark the coffee was ultra strong and the tea was disgusting so I tended to opt for water or cappucino with 4 sweeteners
