I hated those pacman and space invader games, made me nervous.

I liked pacman. It was sort of like cleaning a house. Gratifying when done. Really Mark, space invaders was just pretend (like pacman). It wasn't preparing for the future. The future is already here. ;D

No, I don't mean that they portended something which made me nervous, I didn't like the stress of playing the game and the dumb noises the game made.

I've just never been very good with the hand-eye coordination thing, Dave, never have been. Was never very good at sports - can't throw straight, catch or link (coordinate) my hand movements with what I'm seeing.

Well some of us have one kind of brain function and others . . . . well you have other talents. How many of us can speak more than our mother language? Not many.

Oh Dave, you make me feel smart. I can say a couple of words in German, Dutch, Belgium, Italian and Spanish. But only American English. . .does not count --even if I can't pronounce the words correctly? LOL ;D I use to be good at basketball, baseball and volley ball. Still am a good dancer. Although I just don't understand why all the young men don't want to dance with me anymore? Now it is almost just my son who will dance with me. Do you think it is age discrimination?

Right On Cool Dude! When I was in California I went to Haight Ashbury. Made me feel ancient. That was the big place to be if you were a hippie. You are too young to know that--especially if you are not a Yank--it is sort of where being a hippie went from one of love and peace to totally being life about drugs. I had visited there during the nicer period. Actually my grandparents lived sort of near by and we use to shop at the nice stores before it was know as the hippie place. Anyway as the saying goes "youth is wasted on the young" What do they know. ;D
