Well, there are a lot of Brits here, so you're in very good company indeed - and I'm a descendant of some... ;D Anyway, there is a 'Reply' button at the bottom of each thread. If you want to respond to an earlier posting than the last one, click on the 'Quote' button in that posting and it will be copied into a Reply window for you.
Hope that helps!

Oh, do you mean in the Personal Messages thing? Also, there is a Chat Room, did you see it? And there's no such thing as a 'stupid question' - we all had to learn.

Well, as regards the Chat Room, we have a 'Chat' each Sunday. It you look at the top on the main page there is a Board showing the time for the Chat, which for the UK is 4 p.m. (or 1600). I tried to find a time that's not too early or too late for everyone. But you're liable to find people on here at any time. I stay logged on 'forever' so it always looks like I'm on whether I am or not, LOL. But I'm on a lot, of course.
If it would be easier, we might try the Chat Room - it's the board right beneath the Help Desk.

Ever heard of Freecycle, We are keen members, if you don,t know freecycle is a site aimed at keeping things out of landfill sites everything is given free and you can request items as well, most towns have their own site it is free to join, cambridge has a big membership, have a look well worth promoting unless you,re already a member?

Sounds like a novel idea, I wonder if any place in the States is doing this?

Freecycle is just about everywhere by now. I was in NH when I found it. I had to downsize from a house to a trailer. And i'm a packrat and so was my dh. Anyway, i posted on Freecycle and was able to almost completely furnish an apartment for a homeless family (mother and children in Shelter). I still had way too much left over! Went on Freecycle again when I was leaving trailer and gave away a lot more. And I also received things I needed from others. If you are looking for one in your area be sure to go to Freecycle.org. There are other similar copycats.. They may be OK. I don't know. But the ".org" is the original.

Hi Joanbetty, you're very welcome. I'm glad you like the pictures, and understand how you feel. I know how I would feel if something happened to my little Charley - this is his website here - Charley
