Does that mean you can't remember the password? LOL. Maybe you should change it to the same one you use for Firefox or else something you can remember.
(I figured that was you ;D )

Ohfor an easy life! I thought I knew my password, but alas I didn't. In IE I am 'logged in all the time' so its no problem (unless I delete cookies or whatever you do). However Firefox hasn't been able to remember my password because I haven't asked for a reminder (are you keeping up with this - LOL). But when I ask for a reminder it'll send me a new password, meaning the olld on on IE isn't useable.
So moral of the story is: Use IE for Exascape, Firefox for other things and Bobs your uncle all is well

Well, is there a way to change your password here to match your password there? That's how I do it - I use one password for everything - easier to remember one... ;D

What I do (and recommend) Dabbit, is to memorize 2 or 3 variations on the theme, and even if you forget which one is for which, you only have 2 or 3 to try....and mix up letters and numbers....for example - blqx27, 27blqx, bl27qx, etc. ;D

On TV they suggested using the initials of a sentence which is quite handy so: Mark Is The Best Administator Ever Since 01.05.08 would become: mitbaes1508. I've used it a couple of times and so far its worked! LOL but it is early days

Golly, Iam blushing, LOL. Seriously though, I could never remember all that. I just use an obscure Russian word and a couple of meaningful numbers. So, a miscreant would have to first, be able to speak Russian, and then would also have to think of a fairly obscure word, a word which no one would be able to guess out of thousands of possiblities, and then have to guess the number I use with it. With some 1 trillion combinations possible it would take them a long time to figure it out - and by then we'd be worried about Y3K.... ;D

You'll never believe this - yet again I forgot my password and yet again I am locked out of the forum. Strange because I was still logged into other forums I belong to and I had it stay logged in forever too. Oh well I have requested my password and I'm sure its sitting in my inbox on one of my many accounts somewhere... See you soon

I never signed the Guestbook before. Never could find it. hehe. Now I'm locked out again as a Guest, so thought I'd sign- however late. I did not lose my password, I think. I have it written down. It just doesn't work. Or I wrote down another one someplace else. I hope the Baby-Boomers coming along do better with computers than us Old Folk do. OK OK this is NOT a post. It's just a comment.

I DO use the same password everywhere. Except a couple of places like my bank. That's why I checked to make sure I didn't have a unique one here. Maybe i should. Like Lost In Cyberspace.

I use the same password all the time too, otherwise I'd never remember, LOL. I thought 'Guess what' had to be one of two people, and if it's not you, Pam, then it must be Dabbit! LOL You two seem to have a time with your password. I will admit that sometimes I have to try 2 or 3 times to get it right, because some sites have a minimum of 5 characters, some a minimum of 6 or 7 or so, so I have to add characters for those. Can get confusing at times. But, since I use the same 'root' password, I know I'll get it sooner or later. ;D

I do tend keep the same password but they reckon you should change them every so often, make them numeric and alpha mixture, they also advise you should have a different password for each site (doh). Personally I have just introduced a new password which I remember as its the initials of a sentence I remember. The other ones I use are less safe - but memorable.

That would be a good one. I use an obscure archaic word in a foreign language with numbers. According to my calculations it would take someone about a half trillion years to stumble upon it.
