I'm getting very ticked off at the weather. I wait all winter for spring and finally the calendar says "Hey! It's spring!" THen what happens? we get colder. One day it's in the 70's the next in the 30s. I have searched high and low for that Mother Nature. Even sent Alex after her. Alex couldn't find her either! And he is good at finding things. (That's a whole nother story)

Well .. How sweet of you to think that I have influence with Mom Nature. Must be why I sometimes return home.

Oh Alex doesn't moult. Heaven forbid anything like that waould happen to him. He travels too much for such a thing to happen. Also he very seldom goes where it's cold. If he does happen to start to lose his beautiful coat he goes to a special groomer who fixes and fusses him all up.
Alex isn't your normal cat. Not sure what he is.

I am also getting very very fed up woth the weather. Nowhere seems to have any decent temps anymore. Gees I was watching Sandy yesterday and worked up a sweat. AND I DO NOT SWEAT! I syuck around but today is windy and chilly and they are calling for record lows tonight. I AM OUT OF HERE!

Send some of that chilly weather to Texas. I am dreading the heat that is forecast for this week. My air conditioner is out and it will be the end of the week before we can get it fixed. My little puppies and kitties would appreciate the cooler temperatures.

Alex Not normal Sandy? Godness me now my illusion is shattered! I imagined him to be a very tall cat (probably about six foot), covered in black fur, and a winner of the 'good looking cat' award for several years!

Normally my heat is turned off on the last day of April. Here it is June 12 and it is still cold, damp and cold-cold-cold. While my mother is staying with me (she is from southern Calfiornia where 70 is cold.) I still have to use the heat because she is freezing. UGH! Let the sun shine and temperatures rise!

Sorry about that. But before you know it, you'll probably be getting tired of the oppressive heat... ;D

This fall has turned to winter very quickly. One day the leaves started turning and the next we were in a winter storm watch! I had Sandy turn on the furnace Sept 27! Way too early but it was so damp and chilly. THe last few days the temp has stayed at 32 degrees with rain snow sleet. The leaves are still more green than fall colored. The grass is a beautiful green and it's winter ! OHHHH is this winter going to be loooooooong. GROOOOOOOOAAAAAAAN.
